I found this in a comment section posted by user despise despiser...I thought it was spot on...

The champions of communism, socialism and fascism call themselves progressives, but they recommend a system which is characterized by rigid observance of routine and by a resistance to every kind of improvement. They call themselves liberals, but they are intent upon abolishing liberty for anyone not pledged to the cult Liberalism. They call themselves Democrats, yet they yearn for a dictatorship. They call themselves revolutionaries, but they want to make the government omnipotent in every way imaginable.. They promise the blessings of the Garden of Eden yet the results are simply more unsustainable debt that will eventually enslave our progeny. They plan to transform the world into a gigantic post office, every man but one a subordinate clerk in a giant bureau. Modern ctrl-left Progressive Liberalism is a serious and dangerous mental disorder.

No doubt Democrats oppose democratic government.

But lately I have been studying Greek philosophy, and I have always wondered why Aristotle didn't like democracy. Upon reflection of my own state, the answer is obvious. Why should millions of deadbeats in New York and San Francisco, who spend their days drinking Starbucks, getting plastered at dance clubs, and cashing welfare checks, decide the nation's fate? Is democracy really the best system? I'm starting to think it isn't. The problem is Leftists are pushing us toward an autocracy, and where we need to go is aristocracy. If you get money from the government, your vote counts for proportionately less. Sorry, that's how it should be. The more taxes you pay, the more your vote counts. We have a progressive tax system, why don't we have a progressive voting system?

I have long thought that one should at least own property to vote. Even if it's a square inch. And if one has accepted any form of welfare (social, corporate or other) prior to an election year one cannot vote either. Need to have some skin in the game....

America was intended to be a federal republic and not a democracy. The majority mob was never intended to rule america.

The states where there are a numerical minority become a majority within their states and posses as much power as the overall majority which checks the mob's power and keeps it contained.

The different states keep america divided on purpose because we are better off a divided people, there's much more individual freedom that way compared to the conformity of the central authority that liberals lavish and desire.

Hillary supporters have gone insane and are violent.

I wrote about this before the election that this would happen if Trump pulled off the biggest upset in American political history.

Meanwhile, the never Trump republicans are playing their shell game of deceit undermining the president at every turn.

As Reagan said....“It isn’t so much that liberals are ignorant. It’s just that they know so many things that aren’t so.”

BTW another example of Liberalism being a mental disorder...

AXIOM #1: Leftism, by any of its brand names, is the “Bi-Polar” opposite of the Constitution.

AXIOM #2: Leftism, by any of its brand names, always fails – economically, morally & culturally. ALWAYS.

AXIOM #3: Leftism, by any of its brand names, always destroys anything it touches including education system, health care system, the “arts”, family unit, …

AXIOM #4: Leftism, by any of its brand names, formally declared war on America in the 1960’s for the sole purpose of overthrowing our Constitutional Republic.

The left has lost it. Let them self-destruct - they stopped representing classical liberalism years ago.
