I've owned 4 Porsches at different times and am looking at another that is an odd shade of green. Quick google search of factory Green Porsche colors led me to this site where a guy cataloged all the different Greens Porsche has produced....

It's quite a few...and wide range of green...(at least 63)...(note it's a forum post link which if not allowed then delete and let me know)

Just thought it was interesting....

I loved the old 928. What kind are you looking at?
People sleep peacefully in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to visit violence on those who would do them harm.

Agreed, this year going to be investing a fair amount into classic cars.

I used to autocross PCA, and we had a guy with a green late '60s 912. The paint was original, and the car had probably never spent a night outdoors since it left the dealers lot. I believe it was the most beautiful car I've seen in my life.

It was a beautiful car, and nobody could touch it on the track, in it's class (1600 CC).
